Refund & Replacement Policy
At Aitsulab, every chair is shipped brand-new and inspected before delivery. To maintain hygiene standards and guarantee that every customer receives a 100% new product, all sales are final once the item is delivered in good condition.
However, your peace of mind matters to us. If anything goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.
When You're Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
(a) The item you received does not match the description on our website, or
(b) The item arrived faulty or damaged.
How to Submit a Claim

- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- We'll review your claim within 3 working days.
- If approved, we'll arrange a full refund or replacement — and we'll cover the delivery cost when the issue is on our end.
Manufacturer Warranty (Up to 5 Years)
Every Sihoo and Reiko chair sold by Aitsulab comes with an official manufacturer warranty of up to 5 years (varies by model). If a structural or mechanical defect appears during the warranty period, we'll replace the affected part free of charge. Full warranty terms are listed on each product page.
Try Before You Buy
The best way to ensure your chair is the perfect fit is to test it at our Kepong Showroom — open 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays), 11AM–6PM, walk-ins welcome. Our team will help you find the right model for your body type and working style.
Important Notes
- We do not take responsibility for items lost in return transit if the return was not arranged by us.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law.
