🛒 Ordering & Payment
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you store shipping details, view order history, and access your warranty information anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, FPX online banking, GrabPay, and TouchnGo. We also offer flexible installment plans through Atome, Pace, Grab PayLater, and Shopback (Hoolah).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Split your purchase into smaller monthly payments with our installment partners — no credit card needed for some options. Available at checkout: Atome, Pace, Grab PayLater, and Shopback.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible at 012-9366599 if you need to cancel.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer FREE shipping for all West Malaysia orders. Shipping fees apply for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
How long does delivery take?
West Malaysia: 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
East Malaysia: 5–7 business days.
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, we ship to Sabah and Sarawak. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. Fees are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package in real time.

Our showroom is in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. You're welcome to walk in anytime during our opening hours — no appointment needed.

What are your showroom opening hours?
Open 6 days a week:
Monday, Wednesday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Closed on Tuesdays.
Walk-ins are always welcome — no appointment required.
Can I try the chairs before buying?
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it. Every chair we sell is on display at our showroom for you to test. Our team will help recommend the best model based on your body type, work habits, and any specific concerns (e.g. lower back pain, neck pain, tall/petite users).
Can I buy the chair directly at the showroom?
Yes, you can purchase on the spot and either bring it home with you (if available in stock) or have it delivered to your address.
🛡️ Warranty, Refund & Replacement
What warranty do your chairs come with?
All Sihoo and Reiko chairs sold by Aitsulab come with an official manufacturer warranty of up to 5 years (varies by model). Warranty details are listed on each product page. If a structural or mechanical defect appears during the warranty period, we'll replace the affected part free of charge.
Can I return or refund my order?
To maintain hygiene and guarantee every customer receives a 100% brand-new product, all sales are final once delivered in good condition.
However, we offer a full refund or replacement if:
(a) The item doesn't match the description on our website, or
(b) The item arrived faulty or damaged.

What if my chair has a defect after a few months?
That's exactly what your warranty covers. Contact us at 012-9366599 or Aitsulab@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement part free of charge if it qualifies under warranty.

What's the difference between Sihoo and Reiko?
Sihoo is an internationally recognized ergonomic chair brand, trusted by users worldwide for its build quality and engineering.
Reiko is our in-house brand, designed and developed by Aitsulab specifically for Asian body types and the Malaysian market — combining premium ergonomic features with great value.
Both brands are fully supported with warranty and after-sales service. Visit our showroom and our team will help you compare side-by-side.
Which chair is best for my body type?
Different chairs suit different heights, weights, and seating preferences. The most accurate way to find your match is to visit our Kepong showroom and try them in person — our team will recommend models based on your body type and work habits.

I have lower back pain — which chair should I get?
Most of our chairs feature dynamic lumbar support, but some models (like the Sihoo Doro C300 and Reiko Vertex) have advanced adjustable lumbar systems specifically designed for users with back concerns. Drop by the showroom or contact us for a personalized recommendation.
Are your chairs suitable for tall or petite users?
Yes. Models like the Sihoo V1 and Reiko Vertex have adjustable backrest heights and sliding seat depth — making them suitable for both tall (180cm+) and shorter users. Each product page lists recommended user height and weight ranges.
🔧 Assembly & Installation
Is the chair difficult to assemble?
Not at all. All our chairs come with clear step-by-step instructions and the necessary tools. Most customers can assemble their chair in 15–20 minutes. If you run into trouble, contact us and we'll guide you through it.
Do you offer installation service?
Self-assembly is standard. If you'd prefer professional installation, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options in your area.
